Returns of print and electronic products may be made within 12 months of the original purchase date.

For physical returns, a copy of the original invoice must accompany the return for proper credit.

Printed items must be in resalable condition with shrink wrap still in place.

I, the distributor, am responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

If the return is approved, a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) will be provided. The RMA number must be listed on the outside packaging of the return product. The RMA number expires after 30 days.
